SIMILAR IN SHAPE, WAY DIFFERENT IN PERFORMANCE

You may have encountered many LED stadium lights with square and flat shapes. Most of these light SPA series are made with SMD technology and PMMA lenses. This solution is prevalent in the market due to its low cost; However, there are some disadvantages that you should not overlook.

  • 1. Multiple PMMA lenses separate the emitted light into various beams. Some of these beams do not reach the projected area as intended due to slight displacements and deformations of the PMMA lenses. This is unavoidable.
  • 2. The scattered beams make glare control even more challenging. Some light can gointo the sky, causing discomfort to players and light pollution.
  • 3. PMMA lenses can become aged and even cracked after years of use, which affects the long-term reliability of the system.

 

COMBINATION OF KCOB CHIP AND PROVEN REFLECTOR TECHNOLOGY

KCOB adopted the solution of phosphor ceramic COB light source and mirror aluminum reflector. By not using the PMMA lenses, we’ve eliminated glare and visible light dots from the source.

 

GLARE PROOF VISOR OF PROFESSIONAL DESIGN

Based on the existing experience with KCOB SPLC series, we have designed a new visor for the SPA series. This visor not only eliminates spill light but also enhances illumination in the projected area.

 

HIGH QUALITY DIE-CASTING ALUMINUM HOUSING

KCOB SPA stadium light housing is made by die-casting aluminum, ensuring that the lamp is reliable and durable in any weather conditions. Additionally, KCOB SPA stadium light is 100% zero-plastic design.
